What we build

We develop thoughtfully designed single-family homes and condominiums tailored to Miami’s evolving market. Each project is strategically positioned for long-term rental income or resale, balancing design, quality, and investment potential.

How we structure

Each project is structured through its own LLC, with a clearly defined investment strategy, target hold period, and minimum investment. We align our interests with our investors by co-investing in each project and focusing on shared returns.

Transparency

You'll always know where your capital is.

Every investor receives a weekly construction report: dated site photos, work completed, and budget versus actual spend by line item.
